David Berry has been in the construction industry since 1975. He worked his way up from being an assistant to plumbers, electricians, heat and air contractors, and carpenters. In 1979 David became the manager of a successful remodeling company in south Florida. He obtained his Florida Contractors License in 1987. An opportunity took David and his family to the coast of North Carolina where he became a superintendent for a home building company. It was here that Mr. Berry would hone his building expertise as well as his business skills. David obtained his North Carolina contractors license in 1990. After 9 years in the remodeling business David began building new homes. David built over 100 homes from 1200 square feet to 4000 square feet. The ocean front homes that David built on the beaches of North Carolina were luxury rental properties that showcased design and style excellence as well as meet the stringent hurricane building requirements necessary for coastal construction. David also built many homes for residents of the beach which gave him even more experience in diverse building practice to round out a lifetime of hands on education. David and his wife returned to Florida in 1997, and landed in Pensacola. He continues to build and remodel, now with his son. David Berry has accumulated a life time of experience and he brings it with to every job he does.
